SATUCC/STREET-NET joint inputs into 104 ILC agenda

As part of the preparation for the 104th International Labour Conference (ILC), Top representatives from the Southern Africa Trade Union Coordinating Council (SATUCC) and Street-Net International met in Gaborone, Botswana from 20th – 21st May 2015 to critically discuss the text of a proposed International Labour Organisation (ILO) Recommendation on “Transitions from Informal to Formal Economy.”
Jointly, SATUCC and STREET-NET came up with consolidated inputs to be utilized as key lobbying and engagement points for the amendment of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Recommendations on the “Transitions from the Informal to the Informal Economy”.
